The Future is Plant-Based with Copper Branch

Most of you who’ve been following me through my podcast and on social media know that I’ve adopted the vegan lifestyle about two years ago and I’m always on the lookout for great plant-based recipes and amazing restaurants that caters to vegans and offers healthy conscious choices. One of them is Copper Branch. A vegan “fast food” like restaurant chain who’s growth in the past year has undeniably proven its success and that veganism has become a way of living for so many who wishes to adhere to a more sustainable and healthier life when it comes to what they choose to put on their plate. If you live in Montréal or just visiting, you have to try this place, whether you're a vegan or not. Their mission is to empower, energize, and make people feel their best. Nourishing and inspiring communities with gourmet 100% plant-based power food.

Their goal? As the brand stated: “To branch across the globe, serving you, your friends, and family great tasting, chef-inspired, and conveniently-served plant-based meals in an effort to nourish and inspire the mainstream with proven Power Foods. They aspire for everyone to live their lives to the ultimate fullest.”

What I like about Copper Branch other then their vegan take on spicy buffalo “wings” and the shiitake teriyaki burger (side note: if there’s one thing you should try it’s their spicy buffalo “wings” - deliciousness!) it’s the fact that there’s something on the menu for everyone to enjoy. Their products are 100% plant-based, gluten-free options, all-natural, organic and non-GMO ingredients.

Now, although I enjoy the food despite their price being a little bit on the high side, one thing I must say its depending on which location you end up going, be aware that some of their employees are not too keen on hospitality which can make your whole experience not so great (I myself have seen it and experience it unfortunately) and that’s one thing the owner or branch managers needs to fix but again this can be dealt with by providing more training and listening to customer feedback. I have one more complaint which is that their menu are only written in French (as you can see in the picture below). On a positive note, their establishments (the ones I've visited) are clean and I love the simplicity of their decor.

Copper Branch as several locations in Canada and will soon enter the US market this fall with their first restaurant located at 195 Bleecker St, New York, NY 10012, USA and also two locations in France. Once you tried their food you’ll definitely want to go back for more.
